A surpise piece for *Katusia!

Here's the story, I commissioned her a looooong, long time ago, and never responded to her due to money issues. I made this sort of an, "I'm sorry for making you wait that long," piece

I LOOOVE Near, there's something about him that just touches my heart and reminds me of myself. He brings something out in me I never thought a character could. Being so, it gave me a reason to draw the lovely boy. So he's staring out into a vacant field, saddened and alone, but strong as ever.

In a way, I've made him into a vent-ish piece. I drew him listening to one of my favorite songs by Red, called Pieces. I've been wanting to name something after the song, and I think Near has earned that honor. I put a Peony in the lower left hand side of the picture, to symbolize "healing."

Anyway, I really hope you like him hun, I worked reaaallly hard on him I know his mane's longer than normal, that was kinda on purpose, so it'll flow in the wind
